Simple Terms to jumpstart our partnership

Service Type, Rates & Payment Terms:

If you have a short term projects or would just like to try the system if it works for you, you may opt in the below package:

  • KIT PP (Per project) – @ AED70/hour
    • 100% Paid in Advance
    • Minimum Credit Purchase: 5 hours
    • Maximum duration credit validity: 1 month
    • Locked-in Service: Open
  • KIT FT  (Free Time) – @ AED100 or As Agreed
    • Paid Upon 90% completion
    • Urgent request not advisable since job will be done during my free time only
    • Minimum Credit Purchase: N/A
    • Maximum duration credit validity: 2 hours
    • Locked-in Service: 1 service

If you require a longer assistance, we have a Monthly retainer package where you can save and pay up to 3 months (Rate reference is AED 70/hour):

  • KIT 20 –  5% discount
    • 20 hours/ month
    • 100% advance payment
    • Minimum Credit Purchase: 3 months
    • Locked-in Service: Max 2 services
    • Unused hours up to 2 hours can be carried over to the next month
  • KIT 40 – @ 10% discount
    • 40 hours/ month
    • 100% advance payment
    • Minimum Credit Purchase: 3 months
    • Locked-in Service: Max 2 services
    • Unused hours up to 2 hours can be carried over to the next month
  • KIT 44 (Corporate) – @ AED70/hour
    • 44 hours/ month
    • 50% advance payment of the full project cost; balance to be divided into number of months and to be paid every 26th of the month.
    • Minimum Credit Purchase: 3 months
    • Locked-in Service: Open + Free 10 hours Email Handling (Filtering + Forwarding + Email response to FAQ)
    • Unused hours up to 2 hours can be carried over to the next month

Payment Type:

  • Western Union
  • Bank Deposit
  • Paypal

Conditions:

  1. I worked based on trust only.  Names of Bogus clients will be posted in my Facebook page and will be banned from availing any of my services in the future.
  2. For Personal Shopper services, where item has to be paid in cash, 100% of the price  should be deposited first before delivery AND 10% of the price or Minimum Credit Purchase whichever is higher to be paid on delivery.
  3. Normal Working hours is 9AM-5PM UAE time, Sunday to Thursday with break between 1PM-2PM.  For special timings, to be discussed and agreed.
  4. *Office Supplies do not include bulk bond papers for reports and presentation materials.
  5. Incidental costs like Courier, telephone, fax, stationery, photocopying, printing, transport costs – will be charged accordingly to client.
  6. Minimum Credit Purchase is required except for KIT FT.
  7. Should upon project completion a project exceeds the contracted price, we reserve the right to charge the additional cost based on the per hour rates of particular project.
  8. Tolerable Time allowance is 30 minutes.  Example:  Work Started at 9:00AM and ends at 11:30AM you will be charged for 2 hours but if it ends at 11:31AM your bill will be 3 hours.
  9. Work can start on any agreed time and date except KIT 44 which should start on 1st day of the month only.
  10. All job done will be time-tracked and a copy of which will be sent to Client.
  11. Duration References: 1 working day is 8 hours; 1 working month is 22 days.

Requirements to start rolling:

  • Completely filled out and signed Agreement and/or Information form
  • Mobile number
  • Facebook Account with Skype –  This is where we will be communicating frequently
  • Dropbox apps installed in your system – Optional.  Depends on nature of project, this is where we will share files
  • What’s up App – This is where we will be communicating frequently
  • Advance Payment receipts copy – if applicable 🙂
